A few months ago we rolled out Customer Feedback to accompany PropFuel Employee Feedback and Peer-to-Peer Recognition.
- We've had a lot of great feedback ourselves, and now our Customer Feedback is 100% configurable. • Send questions to and drive insight from any stakeholder group including different customer segments, board of directors, partners, etc...
- Create a cadence with any frequency (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly).
- Ask multiple questions. While we recommend keeping ongoing check-ins short, you can ask as many questions as you want.
- Send ad-hoc surveys or an ongoing question cadence over time.
- Multiple question types: Open ended, NPS, multiple choice, scale, yes/no
- Respond in email: Customers can respond directly in email to boost response rates
