We're all overloaded with information. Too much email. Too many numbers. Too many things to read. Too many demands on our time.
But what if the issue is not that there's too much to process. That's the input. What if the issue was how much you could process, or your bandwidth? That's the output.
If you can increase your output or your bandwidth, the input will be less of an overload, and less of a problem. More can get done with the same amount of energy.
So how can you increase your bandwidth?
Here's how:
Step 1: Process definition: Look at the things you do on a regular basis and identify those processes.
Step 2: Optimize the process: There are always ways to make the way you do stuff more efficient. Map the process. Figure out what can be better.
Step 3: Choose whether to Automate, Outsource or do it yourself. Automation is great with the right tools. PropFuel is designed to help you automate the process of engaging your members throughout the member journey. Outsourcing is good if you need an expert or if you can find someone to do it for less than if you did it, like a freelancer on upwork.com. And finally, and least desirable, you could do it yourself.
No matter which route you go, you will first need to identify the process and optimize it.
SO maybe the issue isn't that there's too much to do. Maybe the issue is that you're bandwidth is too small.
