This is What Togas & Surveys have in Common

May 3, 2024

Why is it that out of email, Marketing Automation was born, but surveys haven't changed since their inception 2000 years ago?

Total transparency - I have no idea when surveys were invented, but I'm pretty sure it started in theold Roman Empire when people moved into cities and you could no longer ask questions around a fire. Fact: Togas originated then too. (More transparency - I made that up, but it makes sense according to all the movies I've seen.) Point being, you don't see people walking around in Togas anymore, even though they're super comfortable. SO why do people still do surveys the same way we did 2000 years ago.

I did a webinar with CommPartners this week where I touched on how email led to marketing automation over the course of 20 years and how "Feedback Automation" has finally birthed itself from it's ancestor, the survey, after 2000 years... and we called it PropFuel!

Check out the webinar here. (http://eventcenter.commpartners.com/se/Meetings/Playback_new.aspx?meeting.id=828768)

The content of Feedback Automation is 30 min and then there are 30 min of questions:

Surveys are bad.

Feedback Automation is good.

Ditch the survey. Use feedback automation. There's so much more you can do with regular and continuous feedback. Take a look at how PropFuel can help you drive feedback using targeted campaigns to solve specific business problems.

Give up? Want to really see what Feedback Automation is? Take a look, set up a time to see a demo with me. (https://calendly.com/davidrwill/30min/)
