August 2024 Product Update

Cameron Aubuchon

August 27, 2024

Managing an ever-growing campaign list can be a challenge, but our latest update is here to help. We’ve introduced some powerful new features designed to simplify your workflow and give you control over your campaign list.

New Campaign List Layout

The campaign list still features the familiar table format with everything organized in alphabetical order. Take a closer look at the top of the page, though, and you’ll see something new—tabs! We’ve added tabs to the campaign list page, providing different views that are easily accessible.

By default, you’ll see three tabs: All Campaigns, Active, and Draft. But the real game-changer is the new Filters feature. You can now create custom views by filtering your campaigns. For example, you can now filter by Archived campaigns. Simply select the status, save the view, and you’ll have a new tab at the top for your archived campaigns. You can even choose to share this view with your team or keep it private.

Maximize Efficiency with Tags

Tags are now more powerful than ever. You can tag campaigns with as many labels as you like, organizing them in a way that fits your needs. For instance, you can create a “Needs Review” tag for campaigns requiring further attention. Then, by using the Filters feature, you can create a dedicated tab for these campaigns, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

Tags are also great for organizing campaigns by specific topics or events. If you’re working on a specific campaign (i.e. membership renewals), you can create a private tab for campaigns with that tag only, making it easy to access relevant campaigns.

Fully Customizable Tabs

Your campaign list is now fully customizable. You can drag and drop tabs to reorder them, remove views you no longer need, and set a default tab for when you load the page. Need more views? Click the Add Tab button to access all views created by anyone in your organization—public, private, and system defaults.

No Limits

There’s no limit to the number of tabs you can create. The list will keep scrolling as you add more views, giving you complete control over how you manage your campaigns.

We hope these new features make it easier for you to find exactly what you’re looking for in your campaign list. Experiment with tags, create views, and let us know how these enhancements improve your experience.
